The Pichelmann team recently attended the Master Builders National awards in Hobart last weekend.

Pichelmann was nominated in 2 categories.

• Luxury alterations / Additions in excess of $1million
• Environment and energy efficiency building award

The team were pleased to take home the National environment and energy efficient building award, for their Palmer project in Campbell.

The 2017 ACT & Southern NSW Housing Industry Association awards Gala evening was held on Saturday 28 October 2017.

Pichelmann Custom Building were finalists in 6 categories:

• Renovation or addition over $650,000
• Custom built home $900,000 - $1.2 million
• Special purpose housing
• Heritage renovation
• Greensmart energy efficiency home
• Country home

We won 3 categories :

• Country home of the year
• Heritage renovation project of the year
• Special purpose housing project of the year

MBA awards for the ACT region were held on Friday evening. We received;

• Winner - Sustainable construction / Residential
• Winner - Remodelling more than $450,000
• Winner - Medium density housing, dual occupancy, and habitable suites.
• Judges commendation - Custom built home 150m2 - 250m2
• Finalist - home of the year ACT region
