The Pichelmann team recently attended the Master Builders National awards in Hobart last weekend.
Pichelmann was nominated in 2 categories.
- Luxury alterations / Additions in excess of $1million
- Environment and energy efficiency building award
The team were pleased to take home the National environment and energy efficient building award, for their Palmer project in Campbell.
The 2017 ACT & Southern NSW Housing Industry Association awards Gala evening was held on Saturday 28 October 2017.
Pichelmann Custom Building were finalists in 6 categories:
- Renovation or addition over $650,000
- Custom built home $900,000 - $1.2 million
- Special purpose housing
- Heritage renovation
- Greensmart energy efficiency home
- Country home
We won 3 categories :
- Country home of the year
- Heritage renovation project of the year
- Special purpose housing project of the year

MBA awards for the ACT region were held on Friday evening. We received;
- Winner - Sustainable construction / Residential
- Winner - Remodelling more than $450,000
- Winner - Medium density housing, dual occupancy, and habitable suites.

- Finalist - home of the year ACT region
