A challenging yet exciting project from the word go, we worked closely with the client every step of the way on this substantial 50yr old solid brick home. The property was lovingly transformed into the clients own vision for it. A project of this nature always throws up unexpected challenges and changes along the way that only serve to add to the satisfaction of completing the job to everyone’s satisfaction.

Amajor renovation of a large old house is a complex task. For this to be successful both in process and outcome you need a team that will listen, advise, create and construct. This was Pichelmann custom building services. From the beginning they were on board with the vision and spent time discussing both the process and the outcome. The planning was meticulous and this led to a smooth construction which encountered some surprises along the way and some changes in design by us. This was taken all in their stride.
