We love heritage work and this project has been no exception! All involved in the project went above and beyond to help ensure the original character of the house flowed through seamlessly into the extension and that no charm was lost in the renovated aspects of the home. Pichelmann Custom Building Services was engaged in 2018 to undertake a renovation and build an extension for a heritage listed property at Dirrawan Gardens Reid. The works were completed over a thirteen-month period.
A number of building companies were requested to quote for the task. The owners, Rod and Joy Robertson sought an engaged builder, able to offer services at an extraordinary level of detail as befitting a heritage property. Pichelmann Custom Building Services Pty Ltd, through the representations of Parry Pichelmann, was selected for their enthusiasm and ability to easily grasp the design concept and quality requirement.
Throughout the build, Parry and his Project Manager Mr Tom Argaet, was actively engaged. Their continued efforts to represent us and guide and mentor employees and sub-contractors was heartening.
Importantly for us, the investment Pichelmann Custom Building Services makes in the development of its employees and sub contractors was important. This long term investment has paid dividends in the pride and achievement constantly displayed in their work.
